I came to Ariane after working out for a couple of months and not seeing any results. I took the KickStart WeightLoss and oh my, was that a wake-up call. I started exercising and eating healthy the day after I saw her. The first week was the worst in my life as kicking the sugar craving was brutal. Two weeks into it I was no longer bloated, sluggish and my sugar cravings were almost all gone. Four weeks later, my jeans and my tops fits me better, I feel great! I have lost 6 lbs and almost 9 inches (4 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips).

This is all thanks to Ariane's incredible dedication. She is encouraging and inspirational. I love how Ariane says it is a lifestyle change and it truly is. I am not going back. Ariane is the best trainer anyone can wish for!

I met with Ariane after taking her Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp. It was one of the most challenging workouts I have ever done.
