How is this program different from diet or exercise programs?

Slim & Strong Online is radically different. It’s about creating a sustainable approach that delivers results beyond the 6 weeks and creates health on all levels: physically, mentally and emotionally. I will challenge you to look at yourself and your actions differently to become the person you deserve to be.

Do I need any equipment?

The workouts will progress from pure body-weight workouts to using the Slim & Strong resistance bands, to dumbbells. If you need the resistance bands, purchase them here right. Order the Blue (advanced) or the Red (beginner) set or both.  Order a set of 8-10 lb dumbbells (Amazon delivers fast). You need them starting the 3rd week.


Do I need to be a gym member?

You don’t need access to a gym and you can do almost all workouts at home. The cardio or HIIT workouts are best done outdoors, so you don’t upset your downstairs neighbors! J Imagine all the commute time you’re saving. You can spend it on having fun with your amazing body!

How do I get the program materials and can I see a sample?

Once you sign up, you will receive access instructions via email to the private Facebook group and other details.

What levels is this program for?

The workouts progress in intensity and start with basic foundational exercises in the first week to show you proper form, help you build strength and endurance. If you stick to the programming of the workouts, you will see your strength progress, no matter what fitness level you are. Even the advanced athlete will be challenged by the intense muscle work and yet the beginner will be able to quickly progress to impressive levels of strength and endurance.

Do I have to deprive myself for 6 weeks?

Not all all. I’ll teach you how to incorporate your favorite foods – at the right time, in the right amount, with the right attitude and how to balance it out if you overdid it. Creating a healthy relationship with food is one of the key goals of this program and you’ll find yourself looking at your ‘treats’ much differently in just a few short weeks.

What results can I expect in 6 weeks?

Your individual results will depend on how well you incorporate the workouts, how you structure your nutrition and whether you do the mindset work to help turn it into a lifestyle that excites you because you feel and look so much better. So, the more focused you are on doing your work, the happier you’ll be in your skin. Expect to see body fat changes anywhere from 2-6% with an average of 10 inches lost from your hips, chest, waist, arms and thighs.

How much time do I have to commit to the workouts?

All workouts are 25 minutes or less and you want to set aside an average of 3 hours a week for workouts. Be sure to check into our Facebook page daily for the daily lessons and educational materials.

How long will I have access to the materials?

The Facebook group will function as accountability portal after the completion of the program. You’ll have the option to continue with the accountability program once you graduate from the 6-week course.

Is there individual support from Ariane during this program?

No. The Slim & Strong program is a guided program for a group. You can direct all questions to the private Facebook group forum and Ariane will pick and choose the most common issues to address. There will be a live Q&A with Ariane where you can ask your individual questions. I contacted Ariane after working out 7 days a week and dieting and not seeing a single change in weight for more than 4 months. A friend had told me about her classes and that she is a nutritionist and I was ready to have an expert guide me. I was feeling so frustrated about my body and the fact that no matter how hard I pushed, I wasn’t seeing any change. Instead I was so low on energy with crazy cravings for sugar that I couldn’t bear to feel that way a single day longer. After a phone call with Ariane I realized that I had been doing all the wrong things to lose body fat and the symptoms I was experiencing (bad digestion, sleep issues, cravings, fat storage around the belly, thighs and butt, no energy) were all a sign that I had pushed my body way too hard. Ariane put together a comprehensive plan that included simple nutrition steps (no diet!), effective workouts (only 3 a week!), and the best ways to help my body burn body fat again. This was a month ago and I’m thrilled to say I’ve lost 7 lbs and 8 inches and have not felt this good in a long time. I could have saved myself 4 months of agony had I called Ariane earlier instead of trying to figure it out on my own.


I always thought that in order to lose weight you just have to eat less and work out more. Boy, was I wrong. I started a diet about a year ago and lost 25 lbs easily in the first 5 months. Then, nothing moved. I still felt flabby, carried most of my weight around my thighs and butt and had no definition anywhere. I cut out more calories and started running and still nothing would budge, other than me being so hungry, I’d eat all my daily calories in one meal at night. I just couldn’t control myself. It took a nutrition session with Ariane to understand that fat loss isn’t about calories or the amount of time you exercise. I learned the most effective ways to burn body fat and exercise and I have lost another 30 lbs in the last 6 months by simply working out 3 hours a week, resting more, eating differently (I’m never hungry and don’t have ANY sugar cravings anymore). I am so happy that I now have definition in my arms and I have abs! This is something I can do for the rest of my life and it doesn’t feel like being on a diet at all. Thank you!!!


Two months ago I was feeling completely defeated. I was working out 6 days a week, boot camps, running and weight training, eating right, but my weight was at a complete stand still.  I only needed to lose 8 pounds to be in my “comfort zone “ and nothing was working.   I reached out to the only person I knew that could help me.  Two years ago I met Ariane at her Boot Camp and because of her I lost 25 pounds.  Ariane asked about my daily workout routine and eating symptoms I was experiencing and then explained to me that I had slowly been damaging my metabolism and it needed to be reset.  I had never heard of anything like this before but I knew I had done the right thing by contacting her.  Ariane followed up with an extensive email explaining the exact supplement regimen and workout schedule (it was a lot less than before) to the importance of rest and relaxation, how to change my eating to boost my metabolism, and how to change my “more is better” mindset. I had to realize that working out more and eating less was not the right way to go.  I implemented all suggestions immediately.  Two weeks later I had lost 4 lbs and 1.5% body fat and now feel better than ever before.
