4 weeks of Indoor Boot Camp - Take inches off your body with NYC's most effective workout
  • Classes held at GOLD'S GYM (250 W. 54th Street, between Broadway & 8th Ave)
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 6:30-7:30 a.m. (12 classes)
  • Plus 2 additional outdoor classes - scheduled at your leisure (14 classes total)
  • No gym membership required; showers and lockers available
  • Burn up to 800 calories per class
1-hour Nutrition Workshop (September 1st, 6:30 a.m.)
  • What foods promote fat burning? Which will make you fat?
  • How to lose fat for good without feeling hungry and deprived
  • What approach gets fitness models lean, healthy and energized?

About the Instructor
Ariane Hundt is a New York City-based dynamic Personal Trainer and Nutritionist with a refreshingly interactive and comprehensive approach in helping her clients achieve the physical self they desire. She has been featured on NBC, Fox 5 News, ABC News, CW11, the British GMTV Morning News, various German TV stations and magazines, in the New York Times, and Women's Health as the creator of NYC's toughest workout, the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp.
