Looking for a centrally located boot camp class that still kicks your butt as much as the Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp?

Then you'll enjoy this intense workout in Central Park that combines running with intermittent stops at the Park's most beautiful locations, such as the Mall and the Bethesda Fountain. You can count on leaving class having given it your all, having worked your entire body, firmed your glutes, tightened your thighs and toned your arms. We're using our own body weight and resistance bands to bring about a lean and sculpted body within 5 sessions. Bring a bottle of water and let's go!

Classes take place on an ongoing basis. You can start anytime and take as many or as few classes as you like (the more, the faster the results, obviously).

Discount Packages available

10 sessions: $16/class
5 sessions: $18/class
First-timers: $15

Sign-up is on a first-come first-serve basis. There is a maximum of 20 people per class. Be sure to sign up early as classes are expected to fill up.

Inclement Weather Notice: In case of uncertain weather conditions, please check the online schedule for class cancellations one hour before class.

How to Get There

Meeting spot: Columbus Circle Entrance to Central Park at the Ferrara Cafe on the right side. We'll be leaving promptly, so don't be late!
