Jenn O'Neill

Jenn O’Neill provides a comprehensive and holistic approach to fitness and personal training, integrating cardio, strength training, nutritional guidance, and behavior modification to help each person achieve deep and lasting individual transformation. Her engaging personal style – energetic, supportive and fun – will challenge you and push you towards results…but always with a smile.

Jenn’s prior personal struggles with weight management and fitness consistency actually inspired her to become a personal trainer. Like so many people, she struggled with the hectic pace of the busy, travelling business executive. Having dealt with (and conquered) the challenges of “eating right” and “finding the time”, she applies this knowledge and experience to creating realistic and achievable fitness programs. Her motto is “knowledge is power” and therefore focuses on helping people understand how their bodies work, the influence of the mind and emotions, and how nutrition plays a significant role across each of these fitness components.

While she has a passion for strength training, Jenn is also an avid cyclist who loves to spend the mild weather months on two wheels in the middle of nowhere.
